  • All of a sudden can not access my orders....

    Anyone else having this problem when you click on an order to edit it?

    We're getting it also and online chat has a 30 minute wait so must be a common issue at the moment :(

      Entire backend not accessible once you try to drill into any function.

      3DCart phones busy for the last 10 minutes.

          Same her backend down.

          Orders are still flowing in.

          I do wonder if inventory is being updated as the sales are being made.

          Will have to confirm once the dust settles.

            This really sucks as I have orders I need to charge and get shipped. My chat que is telling me 1 person in front of me and 1 minute left for 20 minutes now.

                Been this way for around 25 minutes now. Looks like they are not moving the queue.

                  Just got somebody on chat. been in queue for over 1 hour.

                    Did they tell you what happened and when this will be fixed? I now have 10 orders I still need to get processed plus the additional orders that are still coming in. At least its not effecting new orders getting placed.

                        Hi David, thank you for your wait -we have been aware of an issue with many stores accessing orders or products - this is being addressed of now as a system-wide issue

                        yes, system-wide - and the stores seem to not have issue on web side, just accessing the orders/customers in the admin panel

                        we are advised now the fix is being put into place, so it should be soon

                          Why someone would implement any change to begin with during the busiest time of the year is beyond me.

                            Until it is resolved you can still export your orders (at least we can). If you have orders to move immediately you might be better off exporting your orders and processing them from the export file. Just an idea.

                              Hello.
                              We submitted a ticket and got a quick reply.
                              I guess this is system wide.
                              Our site is up and running.
                              We are receiving orders.
                              Exporting orders is not an option, we use the cart software to check credit card orders.

                              Nothing to do but wait patiently.

                              I trust 3DCart will take care of this soon... I hope.
