    You issued a fix how you can go into templates and fix email 2 years ago. There are 15 templates need fixing. And also the order total in the orders list is wrong!

    I cannot test all of them for every change. This your responsibility.

    It is a bug. Don't deny it. Your support people are denying it's a bug. The total on the email does not show what the customer paid for when the certificate is applied. Even my order list shows it without the certificate discount.

    Also the reports are wrong since they do not reflect the ceritifcates.

    Confuses customers and confuses shipping and accounting.

    Please fix it.

    It's not a "bug". That's the way it was designed. Would I do it differently, sure, but it's not causing any headaches for us.

      So you designed it with a bug.

      When the reports and invoices show the wrong dollar amounts because you forgot to deduct the certificate, you don't considerate a bug??? Nice. Let me explain that to my customers and to my accounting.

      Here is what I will do right now. I just will not use this "feature" at all.

        "I" didn't design it. Just a user.

        We don't use 3d reporting. Quickbooks is much better at that.
