  • Emails stopped

    For about 3 months we have not been receiving product review email alerts or low stock alerts. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a setting we could have changed that would cause this? We have several stores and are not receiving the emails from any of them.

    make sure there is a valid e-mail address in the e-mail From field. If the text in this field is not a valid e-mail address, it will not send.
    Also there is a setting in Settings>General>Store Modules look for "Enable Product Reviews Emails" and make sure the box is checked.
    I am not sure about the low stock alerts.

      Thank you for the suggestions. I have the product review emails checked. I put an address in the from and bcc a different address to see if that email comes through. We will see.
