    Hi

    I'm considering activating the RMA feature in my store. From the information I found that talks about setup and usage, it appears RMA can be used by registered customers only. Is that correct? I don't require customers to create an account when ordering. Is it possible to use the RMA function for unregistered customers too? If so, how?

    Unregistered customers cannot create their own RMA, so you have to create the RMA instead. We do use it, and more than half of our customers are unregistered. They just have to email or call us for the RMA and then we create it, and they receive the RMA number and instructions by email.
