    OK - anyone figure out how to fix this issue? this isssue can be caused many ways. 1) customer can select a shipment option in the shopping cart, then when they go to the checkout page, shipment selection resets (we have ours as UPS). So if a customer wants 2 day or usps, many don't notice the change and checkout. 2) customers will select shipment choice and go to paypal - come back to our site to checkout and they don't doublecheck shipment choice and bam, they are defaulted back to ups ground. 3) browser autofill's will autofill credit card info and when this happens page refreshes and bam shipment selection defaults back again. Now we have "warnings" about this on our checkout page - but it seems like this is an issue that should be fixed as I've never see the other big company templates have this issue?? I know it's all about the page refreshing, but really - this needs to get fixed. Too much time and upset customers about they didn't choose that shipment option. Plus we have items that have to go 2 day air in certain states and then customers don't notice and defaults to ups ground. Need to stop the shipment selection option from changing whenever the page is refreshed! Anyone help??? thanks, Becky Raw Honey, Raw Honey and Bee Hive Products from Ohio

        I looked at best-honey's web site and did encounter the issue they are talking about. You go through checkout and select an shipping option (other than the first one). You then start entering your credit card data. If you refresh the page, the shipping option will go back to the default. It is very easy to recreate. I assume that is because the checkout is one big form and when you refresh, not of the selections have been saved and thus go to the default.
