  • Multiple shipping confirmations

    The store continues to send out order and shipping confirmation emails multiple times. This is very aggravating to customers.
    We have entered multiple tickets, have called support. It has been about 30 days now, still no response.

    Does everyone have these type of buggy issues and yet no response from customer no service?

    I do not have this problem but I was wondering if its the autoresponder? Maybe try turning it off?

      I have never had anything like that happen. Are you using any third party shipping software? If so the way that other system is configured could trigger multiple emails like those you describe.
