I'm getting a required options error eventho all required options are filled in

I'm getting a required options not filled in error eventho all required options are filled in when I click the add to cart button.
This seems to be happening for all my products...has anyone else had this before?

Phone support says that because I had some options hidden but also marked as required something is conflicting but didn't tell me what? Not too helpful...
So I removed those options altogether and still get the error message even tho every option is filled in.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
