This is a very vague question. Can you be specific on what visitor history you are you referring to?

      affiliate tracking?
      shopping cart?
      recently viewed items?

If you are talking about Not Completed orders it's 30 days.

3DCuser, it is OK to write more than three words in a post.
Actually the more detailed your question is, the better answer you will receive.

                Reports > Statistics > Visitors/Hits Daily

Mine goes back 6 months exactly, but stops there and shows "zero" before that.

You should probably use Google Analytics for that kind of information anyway. It is infinitely more rich and customizable.

3DCuser, you can also look at the Smarter Stats package which is included in 3dcart (look at the top of your admin bar for "Stats"). You will find endless info there, and the new version is much improved if you have not used it in a while.

Looks like it needs a separate password.

However, still trying to figure out if the standard visitor stats:

Reports > Stats > Visitors Daily

...goes farther back than 6 months or not.
