    Starting at 2:40 PM, cannot print labels, message is "authentication error".

        I opened a ticket immediately at about 3 PM PST. The first tech struggled quite a bit. He labeled it "order notification fail".

        The second tech was more helpful. Got it opened at 7:32 PM. It was Cyber Monday, BTW.

        I called again this AM. No progress.

        Checked in again this PM. No progress.

        Checked just now, the problem is still there. Support says it is a known global issue.

        Mine went down at 2:43 PM PST yesterday, cyber monday. We have not had access to our shipping for 1 full day. Not just any day.....the busiest day of the year.

        We entered shipments individually today, time consuming, but an acceptable workaround.

        Hopefully the ability to ship an order will be restored tomorrow.

          Label Manager still down

          At least there is a different error message:

          "The process cannot access the file 'C:\Webroot\3dcart-service-labelmanager.com\xml_log.txt' because it is being used by another process."
