  • thumbnail on view cart & check out 1

    does anyone know how to enlarge the product thumbnails on the "View cart" & check out 1 pages - the templates thumbnails are set to 55 x 55 but if you just change then numbers to say 120 x 120 the image goes blurry Why cant I get a normal category size image on the view cart page?

    so far 3 tickets and 1 phone call - 4 support people have got it wrong or said "I dunno"

    It can't be that hard

    You need to switch from defining the images by html and letting the dynamic thumbmail tool do the work. The original code looks like this:

    HTML Code:
    <!--START: itemthumbnail--><a href="product.asp?itemid=[ITEM_CATALOGID]"><img src="thumbnail.asp?file=[THUMBNAIL]" border="0" height="55" width="55" id="tl"></a><!--END: itemthumbnail-->
    <!--START: thumbnailnolink--><img src="thumbnail.asp?file=[THUMBNAIL]" border="0" height="55" width="55" id="tnl"><!--END: thumbnailnolink-->
    Codes with changes:
    HTML Code:
    <!--START: itemthumbnail--><a href="product.asp?itemid=[ITEM_CATALOGID]"><img src="thumbnail.asp?file=[THUMBNAIL]&amp;maxx=120&amp;maxy=120" border="0" id="tl"></a><!--END: itemthumbnail-->
    <!--START: thumbnailnolink--><img src="thumbnail.asp?file=[THUMBNAIL]&amp;maxx=120&amp;maxy=120" border="0" id="tnl"><!--END: thumbnailnolink-->
    You will see, we have added "&amp;maxx=120&amp;maxy=120" to the thumbnail.asp variables. These variables tell the system what size of image to provide. This will provide an image with either a max width or max height of 120 pixels.
