No incoming Email (3dcart Email)

Anyone else having email issues with 3dcart Email?

I have no incoming mail since yesterday afternoon. Tested outgoing and it worked fine. No incoming though. Not good.

I have run into this problem several times. Is there really no way to have more email capacity? The current limit is almost ridiculously small.
