It takes time and lots of breaks to get it done - but you will get there.

I just set up redirects on a site I am about to live on. Do you know if we need the entire url in both or either box, ie, myoldurl.com/old-item or mynewurl.com/newitem

    Or just:

    old-item

    newitem

    301 Redirects Not Working

    Hi,

We just moved from our old service to 3d cart and none of the 301 redirects are working.

We set up in the redirects:

    Under old url: /tungsten-rings.html

    New url: /All-Tungsten-Rings_c_10.html

When I go to the old url that is in google (tungstenfashions.com/tungsten-rings.html) we get a 404 error.

Can anyone help? I am not sure what we are doing wrong.

UPDATE: I figured it out... I should not have had the / before each line...

Hopefully this will at least help someone else out there...
