    Is there any way to correct errors on orders? For example, the customer makes a typo on a personalization. We cannot correct the typo. So, when the customer sees the shipping notice, they see the original order with the mistake.

    If you are using product options for the personalization, then I believe that the answer is no. We use product options and the only way that I have found to correct an error is to use the 'add item' function to the existing cart (only works on orders with status=new). Make the corrections as you add the new item, then delete the one with the error.
