    Recently it seems that CRM emails from 3D servers are not getting delivered to the customers. However when I send from my own server (using same email address), they get through more often.

    I'm often over-quota on my 3D traffic; might this cause the lack of delivery?

    We've had a number of customers complain recently that they didn't get the emails, only to find them in junk/spam folders. This never used to happen but it could be caused by a rule change on their mail client also.

      Well I'm going back through CRM and emailing them again from my own non-3D server, and many are saying they are getting it for the first time.
