    We've been seeing an unusually high amount of down time also. Sundays seem to be the worst but we just had more last night.

    four times today my store has been down. I'm not thrilled. 2 hours of downtime

    Our store didn't experience the earlier outages, but today we've been down 3 times ranging from 30 minutes to 3 or 4 minutes.

    Down again today. Anyone else? My site was down from 6:05 to 6:34 a.m. EST and down again from 7:05 to 8:05 a.m. EST today. Seven days, four outages.

    Down AGAIN. 12:05-12:34 p.m.

    My outages were from 30 minutes to an hour so I was concerned. Got the same email about the defective part being replaced, I'm hoping that takes are of the issue

    Looks like Support was right on top of this problem. They responded similarly to us and stated that the defective part has been replaced. At this time, it seems to have addressed the problem. They're monitoring for issues and asked us to report any Pingdom events that arise. Since hearing back from them, we have had no new outages.

    Here's hoping that all is good.

    HA. I had just submitted a ticket about this and then saw this thread here. Interesting.

    We seem to be experiencing the same type of thing. In the last 30 days, LOTS of little outages of 5 mins or less - but repeatedly during some days - and then 12 outages of over 5 mins each, including one an hour long, one a half hour long and a few in the 15 min range.

    I ignore the 1 min stuff because that can be for any reason at all and have nothing to do with 3dcart. The 2 min - 4 min stuff only gets my attention when there are multiples in the same day - up for a while then down, up for while and down, over and over. In the last 24 hours, we've had 7 of them, including one for a full hour.

    Before that, we were 100% up since Feb 1, 2015 when we had a handful of outages, then back to Jan 26, and so on. It seems to roll in a wave with a period about 5 days long.

    The important thing to remember about setting up a monitor at Pingdom or at any other monitoring service (though 3dcart seems only to give credence to Pingdom) is that you set up the monitor on your IP address and NOT on your URL. If you set it to something like www.yourwebsite.com then it's much easier to brush aside reported outages by blaming them on the DNS system. It's harder to do that when you're directly 'pinging' your 3dcart server.

    Hi guys, it really sucks that you're having problems with the store.


    To Toobusy, I grabbed the ticket you created this morning and escalated it directly to the highest level admins. They will look into in and see what could be happening.

    Pack Secure, I created a new ticket for you and moved it to the same place.

    You guys shouldn't have to worry about responsiveness of your site... You should only have to worry about getting orders and making money. I'll make sure this stuff i looked at by the folks that will fix it.
