  • Fraudwatch integrated

    just saw that fraudwatch has been integrated in the order...awesome...but

    can you move the Report Fraud button away from the save Changes? It is too close and you may end up reporting a valid customer when trying to save it.

    well it appears this is a free service until you hit 10 orders...then it is integrated but doesn't function...so it still shows up.

    would be nice to enable or disable it from showing if you aren't paying for the feature

        You can disable it in your Settings>General>Store Settings I agree that the report fraud button is way to close to the save changes.

          I can't find it in settings. Searched for "fraud". What is the setting called?

            settings>general>store modules> fraudwatch (should be right towards the top)

                More importantly, it appears to inaccurate. It flags orders with gmail email providers?

                More importantly, it seems like you can't see anything unless you order the order individually. There doesn't seem to be a visible flag that one can see from any of the order views. Where's the value in that? Maybe, I missed it. I don't have time to open each order individually to review if after the order has been entered. That's why I use the order confirmation email to verify my orders before I put them on the truck for delivery...

                If you're doing a phone order, it would be nice if that information showed up before you complete the order. That is if you're going to have a meaningful benefit. Why not head off the potential problem before you hit the process button??

                My concern is that if I get used to seeing it and become desensitized to what I'm looking at then I'm likely ignore it when it's important.

                Then again, I may not really understand the function yet.

                  The information page shows 1000 orders (or "calls") for $10 but when you go to the order page, it shows 500 orders for $10.

                  So which is it? $10/500 or $10/1000 because it says both.
