    Is anyone else's site down? We've been up/down for almost an hour - it loads occasionally but its really slow, most locations are timing out completely (we use Nimsoft/Watchmouse website monitoring). Sometimes it will load for us and sometimes not. Trying to get through on the phone but it looks like a long wait.

    I'm pretty impatient with an outage this time of the year, hopefully it can be resolved soon. Just wanting to find out if its an isolated issue or not.

        I actual see that we already have a ticket open for this issue for you. We're currently investigating the issue with our System Administrators. I'm going to follow up with them right now as see if we can get this corrected.

          Thanks Fernando, I was able to get through and spoke with a helpful tech (I think Ken was his name), he tried restarting our processes but that didn't help so he's passing it to the admins. We do have a ticket open - NDC-841-63802

          I just noticed one small change, our admin site used to say something like "Dedicated-Quad Processor" and now it says "Cloud X4". Probably not important but it can't hurt to mention.

          Glad to hear it sounds like it just us at least!

              Thank you Fernando. It is much better already. Not sure what has been done so far but we haven't gotten any additional timeouts for the last 30-40 minutes and we can get on the site ourselves (and into admin and FTP) without issue. I'll wait for the all-clear from the admins to say it's back to 100% but it seems to be working fine.

                  Our Cloud X2 store has also been like this for the past 3 days. I have contacted tech support a few times but nothing has been done about this. Supposedly this is now at level 3 tech support but they have had the whole day to work on this and nothing has been fixed.

                    Me too....

                    Having issues on the back end here. They are intermittent and quite strange. Seems to be worse in the shipping settings. ??

                      My admin has been down for about an hour now and my main site is VERY slow.

                      Was ok on earlier post.

                        Site down too

                        Site Has been down for almost 4 hours. Online and phone support says there is nothing wrong. Can get to every other site I try on Internet except my site at 3Dcart. Customers are complaining they can't get in.

                              Problem on our site to

                              Our checkout procedure is not working since Thursday due to an update applied by 3dcart. They have been working on this issue since then with no resolution yet. In the meantime, we are missing orders from our customers. Is anyone else having this problem? What steps have you taken to re-route the checkout procedure? Thank you for any help.
