  • All email delayed

    All of my email is delayed 1 to 2 hours. I will have orders waiting to be processed without ever seeing an email. I get CRM notifications really late as well.

    Just sent my self a test... 10 minutes ago. Nothing.

    Anything I can do about that?

    Hi dlovin123,

    Can you please try it again and let me know if you're still having the same issue? I had the Support Manager look into this issue for you, he made a minor change and I want to see if it corrected the problem.

      No. It's all still delayed.

      I am just going to switch emails over. I sent in a support ticket to add some MX records so I can verify my domain with microsoft exchange.

          Your guess is as good as mine as to what the support ticket # would be. It never sent a confirmation ticket number. Might have to submit it again if you can't find it.
