    Really? I'm glad this came up, then. I haven't received any email about this support ticket. There isn't one from you either. Do I need to put in a support ticket about not receiving the email responses to my support tickets? Heehee. I even checked my spam folder, and there is nothing there either. I wouldn't think emails from 3dCart would be routed to spam anyway, since we are using your email system.

      Hi,

      I definitely want this feature back.

      It is really irritating not being able to delete or at least archive these orders so that you know which ones you have looked at before!

        Jimmy or Gonzalo,

        Why take away features that at least some of your customers are using and not even give a heads up about it.

        What other changes have been made with 5.2.1?

        How about the release notes before the the upgrade? or at least at the same time?

          I called 2 days and spoke with Collin and was assured I would receive a return call. I have not received a ticket number or a phone call.

            Just baffling to me.
            Not sure what their motivation was.
            I'm not sure I saw a calling for this "feature"
