  • shipping question

    We can ship by UPS or USPS. I have accounts for both, but at checkout, only USPS shows up. I have them listed as 1 and 2, and all others as 0.

    Make sure you have checked the box for "Preview all shipping methods" on the Settings>Shipping>Shipping Settings. That is for the Calculate Shipping option, but it could have something to do with your problem. Also be sure you have not checked the Auto Select Shipping box.

      Thanks, but I do have "preview" checked and "auto select" not checked.

        Is your "Customer Group" for UPS set to "All"?

            Have you tested your UPS credentials from the Shipping Settings page? If all of the methods you use are active, everything is set to all customer groups, you have all the correct boxes checked on the settings page, and it works when you test your credentials, the next place I would think to look is going to be the code on your checkout page. Did you make any changes to that template at all?
