    Has anyone else experienced several d/t incidents the past few weeks? We use pingdom and I have had several incidents and general slowness of my site. Opened a ticket, they said they did some maintenance and should be fine, 7 hours later 2 d/t incidents and general slowness.

        I've been down three times today since 8 a.m. I'm about to submit a ticket because it was just down again

          We had an ongoing issue with one of our websites about a month ago or so. I submitted a ticket, and they transferred it to a different server. Fixed that issue right up.

            I was transferred in March when I had 12 outages. This time I'm on a new server and down three times. I submitted a ticket, hopefully they can look into any issues and hopefully there just won't be another outage today :-)

                mine shows 6.6.0 also and my store went down again, for the fourth time today, at 6:04 p.m. EST. Updated my ticket but it still shows unassigned and live chat shows AWAY

                  Does anyone have anyone other than Pingdom monitoring their sites for down time and up times? Support advises me that for outages less than 10 minutes there are false positives with Pingdom, so I thought I'd try another monitoring service to see. I know I had problems logging on, one customer who couldn't complete checkout because the site kept timing out and that wasn't during a recorded outage, so I kinda know that the site was having issues, but to be sure I thought I'd see if anyone has another option?

                      Dean what makes you think that? I was down 25 minutes at 1:05 a.m. which was the fifth time in 24 hours. If you think it's related, because support says they're not seeing an issue with the servers, we can point them in a perceived direction? 1 a.m. doesn't bother alot of people to have their site down then, but my European customers are shopping at that time and if it's taking 38 seconds for my site to load for them, they're off and onto something else :-( But mine is 6.6 also

                        I was on the phone with a customer yesterday and apologized that I wasn't at the website yet. I said that our systems "were slow today". He responded with "I can't get there either."

                              In my experience there is sometimes downtime and latency present when 3dcart rolls out updates; actually that's true of most sites that aren't Amazon and Google. It may be exacerbated in the current case because the 6.6 update and the new beta admin interface are / have been both rolling out at once.
