    I have had a few customers tell me they sent for the email to reset their password, which tells them they have 10 minutes -- they get the email within 2 minutes and when they click on it, i tells them it has expired. Wondering if others have seen this. Is there a way to change the timeframe?

    I agree that 10mn is not enough.

    With some mail servers, customers get their emails after the 10mn limit.

          Hi!

          Sorry to hear about the issue with reset password. The reason for the 10 minute time limit is to stay within PCI compliance.             I think having a password "hint" would be a big help. I have about 3 different passwords I use for different websites and sometimes it had to remember what password I use for what website. It gets frustrating to know what password I used for a specific website. With the password "hint" I think it would be a huge benefit and just make the shopping experience much easier for our customers.

              Yes - happens all the time. It needs to be 30!
