  • Site went down, changed all settings, broke images, deleted logo,

    Hello all.

Last evening, a dev site we have been working on for a few months was down. Support claimed that the store URL was deleted, although I did not and their log showed this. They reset that, but when it came back up, the main logo was deleted, product images, no longer work, and a whole slew of settings were changed. I have not changed anything since. It looks like all the fields and settings in the admin were wiped.

Thanks for the kind words pack secure. Not the end of the world, as it is a dev store, not the main one. But a lot of settings were jacked. For example, image default size switched from 300 pix to 3. Search by price was turned back on, previous <> next products, and who knows what else.

A site I'm working on had multiple settings turned off since yesterday. Yesterday I discovered several modules disabled, including search. What's going on?

Whatever happened, erased every field and unchecked every setting, on every tab, in the admin. Store URL erased, company info, columns, checkout version, everything. Was not that bad to fix, and thankfully site was not live. Support has not gotten back to me yet.

            Hi!

Sorry to hear about what is happening on your dev site. Can you provide me with the ticket number and I will be more than happy to look into the issue and see what could have caused this.

            Have a great day!

Had you just done a CSV import?

3dcart Geronimo, it is #SGQ-133-58860. Today, support sent me instructions for sizing images.

DeanP, no. That said, do you have a theory?
