  • Abandoned Carts Notifications Not Going Out

    Is anyone else seeing this problem? I've got the Abandoned Carts Notification enabled for 24 hours after, but it seems that it hasn't sent anything out since 4/6.

    Contact support to ask then to restart some services on your server to get the scheduled tasks working again. We have to do this from time to time.

      I've been having troubles with mine at least since early December 2015. I have mine set for every 5 hours. I've changed it, turned it off, nothing changes. The emails to me arrive in batches, sometimes 1-2 dozen at a time. I'm not convinced that any emails ever went out to customers. I opened a ticket and after playing with it a while, Support told me they "opened up a ticket with our developers for further investigation into the matter". I never got any resolution and they closed the ticket.

        Check your Modules and make sure it still shows that feature installed. It will be the second one down from the top.

          I checked just before I posted. It's installed, enabled and the time is set to 5 days. I check them all frequently since all this started. Just for giggles, I just changed it to 8 hours. I'll see if anything changes.

            I got a ticket opened. We shall see how it goes. I double checked that it was installed and enabled.

              Sometimes they update the version and if you're not on the latest version, they stop going out. Go in to your emails and apply the latest version then customize it the way you like it.

                They ended up having to restart my service. carolynlowe I'll keep an eye on it when I hear of version changes. Thanks for the heads up.
