  • Payment Options on a Balance

We have some transactions where we change the part number, or quantity to meet customer's delivery dates after they already paid with c/c. This creates a balance on the order. Sometimes customers are overseas and it's not possible to call them and get the c/c no.
Question: Is there a way to send out a link on the updated order to have the customer pay the balance of an order?

This will eliminate the need to send a link. If you are willing to take the risk, you can use PayPal send invoices which allow customers to pay. Another option would be to use a credit card processor that offers tokenization and/or recurring payments. Stripe has this feature. This will eliminate the need to send a link because you can charge the card by creating the additional transaction.
