      The only issue I see with this is when a customer with a Store Credit goes to checkout - the amount is automatically applied - which is okay -- but there is no line item showing the deduction for the credit - -total is correct, but if the customer isn't aware that they have a credit, it could be confusing.

        I tested this by giving myself a store credit in one of my test accounts. I don't see any adjustment or a line item. The total is the full amount. Is there a setting to apply somewhere?

          There is a template page named store_credits_detail.html - I assume this is a page in My Account that shows a user's available credits. If you have a test / sandbox store, you could try taking some of the variables on that page and plugging them into your checkout template. Typically with 3dcart templates you need to also include the <!--START: this and that --> and <!--END: this and that --> code blocks too.

          If there is a way to do it then you could probably identify it with this sort of tinkering, but a ticket to Support would probably be much quicker.

            To get the store credit to appear on any custom checkout pages... paste this code:

              I added this StoreCredit code to my checkout page, thank you page and order confirmation emails. It is working great for the code but the balance after credit only shows up on the checkout page but not the final thank you confirmation page or email order confirmation pages and the customers are getting confused. Is it possible to update the final checkout page and emails that go out. See screencast of issues I am running into:

              Does anyone know what code needs to be added to final checkout page and emails to get the balance after credit applied to show correctly like it does on first checkout page? Thank you in advance,

                I would concur with smower on this - it needs to be displayed throughout - checkout page - confirmation page, confirmation email and customer invoice, otherwise customers are wondering how and where it shows up. Not sure I want it to show up just on the Checkout Page and not anywhere else.

                  I agree having the balance of the store credit appear on those pages would be great a addition to this. Usually it's handled as a feature request so it would be added in a later version of the store. I'll check if there's a work around to get it to display on the other pages.                     @smower and Birdsafe I checked but there isn't a work around to getting the balance to display on the email and thank you pages. I'll submit this as a feature request to be added in a future version release. Thanks again!

                        I wanted to bump this subject up and hopefully someone at 3dCart can comment -- this feature is great - however, I can't tell you how many service requests I get from customers wondering why they don't see their credit being applied -- you can see it on the Checkout page, but once it is used, unless the customer does the math they have no clue -- there is nothing on the confirmation page, email, invoice, or even any longer in the customer record. I've had customers remind me to apply their credit they were due from three orders ago but it was automatically used two orders ago.

                            Actually considering turning off what should be a great feature but I'm having to explain to so many customers that their store credit was applied to their orders automatically -- it just doesn't show up anywhere. I'm afraid this is one for the "ridiculous" category and shouldn't need a UserVoice "go and die" idea to get it fixed.
