I was wondering how folks were handling people complaining that they did not place a recurring order. I have had a few customers now say they did not place an order on Autoship, a couple after it had been delivered. - Is the pre-send email at 5 days not going out? Is there a way to verify to a customer that they did indeed set an autoship order? I'm now manually emailing customers when I get a new recurring order to verify, and while it's not a lot, it's time-consuming.

I know that 7.6 has some improvements to this module, and wondering if that would help.
