  • Check your store if you have increments in purchases

If you have products in which options cost more, check the math. On my store, it is incorrect:

    Here is an example:

    Normal size item:
    Size: Standard
    Your price: $254
    Retail price: $365
    Your savings: $110.01 (30%)

    Larger size of same item:
    Large size: Large (+$392.00)
    Your price: $646 (correct)
    Retail price: $901 (correct)
Your Savings: $110. WRONG! It should be $255

    MATH: $901 - $646 = $255

Anyone else having this problem? I've opened a ticket. But I'm losing business when it shows a savings of $110.01 for a larger size.

This is because you're using product options. Look at it from another angle and you should see what's going on.

Update: I placed a ticket. The problem occurred because I had a "," in the options increases (+1,000) instead of (+1000). My example showed three digit increments. 3D cart fixed it yesterday. Dean, thank you for the suggestion.
