I have set up a Custom shipping method to replicate USPS Flat Rate boxes based on Value and applied to specific products that would fall into the value ranges set up. Works great -- the problem is that if a customer orders one of the items using Rewards Points, the value of that item of course drops to ZERO so it throws off the Value basis for shipping calculation. I don't think it's something that will happen often, but I"m wondering if there is a way somehow for the cart to calculate the Value range based on the original price and not the "free" rewards redemption price.
