    My TAM got it going, which I appreciate. The ticket apparently did not included everything that was discussed. The main reason I called, was not on the ticket. It is frustrating when it takes 3 days to get resolved.

    Great, if possible be sure to respond to the open ticket with all the details and your Tam will take care of it. He's on top of it but just need time to confirm and investigate if its still happening.

    They did not address the correct page. The issue is on the blog page and contact us page. I sent a copy of it.

    Pack Secure I'm sorry to hear that its not fixed. I checked the ticket and your Tam has responded to this and provided a screen shot of it displaying correctly. Have you tried the steps he suggested in the email?
