  • Order Flow for eProducts Order

    is there are other store that process a large number of eProducts orders, I would be curious to know how they manage the flow (order status) for these orders.

    When new orders are placed, they go to the 'New' status, but they are obviously never Shipped , unlike physical products

    Do you keep them in 'New', move them to a custom status or other?

    We use a custom status ourselves, not sure if that's the best practice even though it works very well.

    We use custom status " Completed " , moved immediately after payment is received

      I do the same after a few days. but it's a manual process, did you find an automated way to do this ?

        We move the status to Processing. Then, when it is ship, we move the status to ship. You can multi-select orders to change status.
