    Site has been down since 7:30am this morning and still down. What the hell is going on????????????????? Let's get it fixed

    Nothing but issues with the 3d software lately.

    You should definitely call tech support and keep calling until you get a fix. I've been with 3dcart for 10 years and I've never had such an extended outage but I always call when my website's down. They'll get it up for you in an hour or less if you're insistent and persistent.

      Yeah, I did call and tech support submitted the ticket and was told someone will look at it right away. Assumed it was going to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time.. Do you use any website monitor? Don't have time to babysit the site on weekends.

              On status.3dcart.com, they've reported no recent incidents. If you get on the phone and call tech support, it's very rare to be down for very long at all. If you're down for a half hour and it's not fixed, it's a good idea to call them again. They respond very well to persistent customers.

                  Now our customers are not receiving any emails from the store. Tested two emails and received nothing. Another problem, another headache and another ticket (XOQ-425-21352).


                  Anyone else have customers complaining about this?
