Possible to Customize Manage Orders Screen?

This is one of the few things I miss from Volusion - with them you could choose the columns you wanted to display, not only on Orders, but on Products and most other pages.

Is there any way to customize the columns in the Manage Orders Screen. We would love to add 2 columns: One that shows the sales representative, and one that shows the shipping service selected. These could be auto populated from the database. Tags would require us to manually input the info and we already use this for another function. Any help would be appreciated.
