  • PayPal Question in New Upgrade to 3.2

    We noticed that now when a customer pays with PayPal there is now a button that says "Void/Refund" transaction. This wasn't working for us. Not sure why. Has anyone else had problems?

    Support says: (Is this accurate?)

    You are correct. In order to process a refund via PayPal you will have to log into your PayPal account and process the refund from there.
