We have been using Stripe as a payment processor since November. We first opened in October of 2010 and used Paypal until then.

We have processed nearly 6,000 payments with Stripe since November. On Sunday at 5:00pm EST we received an email from Stripe which appeared to be a Fishing Email. We contacted them and inquired. They did send the email. They stated that they had paused payouts on our account because they had been unable to reach our URL.

-We never saw a break in payment transactions.
-3dCart Server Logs indicate no downtime
-They cannot tell me when or for how long they were unable to reach our site

Anyone else have any issues with this?
