  • StoneEdge not updating status or tracking numbers with QuickShip module

    My client is having issues with the StoneEdge integration. The can download orders (which changes the order status to Processing in 3DC), but when they ship orders using the QuickShip module, the status does not get updated to Shipped and the tracking numbers are not updated.

    Does anyone have experience with this?

    remember that you have to click "update Tracking Numbers" on stone edge to run the tracking update and send the e-mails if setup that way.

    You also need to setup the Status updates page on Stone Edge.

    There are a couple of other threads on this forum about Status Updates.

      The shipping method text has to be an exact match in stone edge. USPSPriority vs USPS-Priority as an example or the numbers won't be sent, and the SEOM must but set to fire to the cart with "add tracking #", and never "actual or expected ship date" or it won't work. The learning curve to implementing SE is very steep. Enjoy.......
