Is there a log that we can see that contains the contents of a Stoneedge request and the susbequent data sent by 3DCart?

My client upgraded to SE 7 and is now saying that 3DCart is not sending the order numbers. Of course, they say this is an issue with 3DCart. But prior to the SE upgrade, everything was working fine.

My 3DCart version is still at 6.1.

I am still on an older version of SE, and you can find the data sent in the External Stack Controller under the Long Data column.
However, I think Ver 7.1 did away with the stack controller.

On the computer you download orders to (or if you use a server to host the db files, on the server), go into C:\StoneEdge\DataArchives. There should be a list of XML files that contain all of the order data for each cart type. Open the XML file for the date and cart that you're having an issue with and you can view exactly what was sent from the cart.

      ETA: I'm using 5.928, so I can't speak to how 7.x operates.

Wish I could help but we're still on 5.938...for a little while longer.
