  • GoDataFeed Caps

GoDataFeed does not issue Warnings when you have products that are not picked up because of cap limits. For example, if you have 2,000 products cap and you add 10 more products with 5 GTINS, that will be 2050 products and 50 will not be picked up. The Products export does not include GTINs. Does anyone know how to export products list with GTINS and without GTINS? I hope my question is clear.

You can request daily upload feed reports which will let you know as you near your maximum. Once you hit exactly 2000 then it will be time to upgrade to the next level. I assumed that they also uploaded your GTIN number. Try contacting their tech support for further GTIN questions.

I have 6200 products (per their download report which shows the products they downloaded from the store). They are sending 5600 to Google. Which leaves 600 products left out. with the filtering, it is about 500 products left out. I need a comparison report that shows what was not moved to the data feed. Any ideas?

If you go to dashboard>Feeds it will let you know how many and what the errors would be. To my understanding there is no report to let you know what was dropped off. They will have you upgrade by increments until you get all of them uploaded. You can reach them by phone 866-340-6619.

Thanks. I contacted them and you are correct. GoDataFeed uploads the entire catalog. I tried to reduce the billing by selecting "hide, Nonsearchable, and not for sale". But, don't know if that will work either. I am reluctant to delete the products because we may activate them later. What a conundrum.

Just a thought - it would be more revenue-generating for them if they notified customers that not all of their products were listed. That would encourage the customer to upgrade to the next price level. Plus, they would have happier customers.

I agree, they should let people know when the maximum is exceeded.
