  • POS Sync Issues

    I originally reported this issue EBJ-613-42295 on the 1st April as a high priority as I was about to do a show and I was unable to update the POS on my iPad due to sync errors. The call has ping ponged between me and support. I sent a screen shot 4 times and kept getting asked for it. Anyway, the show is long past and I have had no updates since then. I have deleted the product they say had the issue (without saying what the issue was). Additionally, I have downloaded the latest version from the Apple store and the issue persists. I am now on the phone from Australia to 3dCart and also getting the run around. Please could someone senior at 3dCart get involved 3dcart-Geronimo 3dcart-Henry Thanks.

      FYI - I finally got a resolution on this issue - an item had a negative quantity. This fixed the sync issue.
