  • Delayed Sync With Ship Station

    Wondered if anyone else has seen an issue with orders getting pulled into Ship Station recently. Over the past couple of weeks several orders, batches of orders have been skipped in the pull into Ship Station. SS Support I think believes I am nuts because I open a ticket and the by the time they respond the missing orders have been pulled in - usually the next morning. For most orders this is not an issue because I won't need them pulled in right away, but there have been Express orders that needed to go out right away that I have had to print labels from within my store admin, which doesn't do as good a job of printing the labels.

    Not sure if there is a conflict going on with the API or what, but it seems to be a regular thing lately.
