  • Quickbooks / 3D connector no longer working with upgrade?

    We can no longer sync orders from 3d into quickbooks. Stopped working with one of the latest upgrades. Anyone else experiencing this problem? 6 days, no response to ticket......inventories getting hosed up as we have to get the order feed into our system. Ticket GLX-653-42932 Getting a bit nervous with all of the problems/changes right before "the season."

    Initial Ticket put in 11/12 as URGENT. No Response. Phone Call to support 11/18. Trouble Shooting and "will need to be escalated." "Someone will get back with you usually 4-6 hours." 11/19 One hour on hold, call dropped at exactly 59 minutes, 59 seconds. DID I MENTION WE CANNOT OPERATE PROPERLY AS OUR INVENTORIES CANNOT SYNC from an issue with YOUR UPGRADE to our account? It appears the wheels are coming off? Suggestions 3d?

      We apologize for not getting an update on this yet. Someone will view the ticket and get back to you today. We are currently checking the logs provided in the ticket. Thanks for your patience!

        Four more days.....this is unsustainable for us, and the lack of tech support is absurd.......I guess I'll spend another hour on hold waiting on tech support to give them my ticket, and ask if anyone has had a chance to look at it......again.

          We have 2 tickets in for over a week. Service is seriously lacking.

            Pack Secure I searched your account and found two open tickets. One is with the development team being looked at. And the other one is assigned to your Technical account manager. I'll have them reach out to you today and provide an update.

                2 more days down with no fix. Hired a temp to start manually entering orders. Another hour on hold asking for an update. I highly suggest anyone relying on a 3d add on for critical order flow/inventory to re-assess that decision as when it gets broken, it appears there is very limited resources to be able to fix it, and zero concern about the impact it will have on your operations.

                    Hi William, appreciated. We are now 18 days, 245 Inventory Items with incorrect inventories, and the response was it would be another 5 - 14 days for development to look at it and give a response. This is painful. Rolling out site upgrades the weeks before the busiest time of year........poor form.
