  • Is 3dcart out of business???

    Our site is completely down. 3dcart does NOT answer the phones and does not answer Chat. What the hell is going on???

    I just spoke with them and they are working on the problem. Send in a support ticket with the issue. Hope this gets fixed quickly for all of us.

      Mines down also. Was about to do a ticket but came over here to see what's going on. No answer on the phone line

        Sorry for the inconvenience everyone, we are working on getting the sites back up. The admins have been investigating the issues since it happened earlier and will keep us posted. Just in case you dont have it here is a link to our status page. :

          Seriously, folks, this is something that happens from time to time with every platform out there. If you check the statistics of 3DCart against any other shopping cart or web hosting platform out there, you'll find that they have as good or better up-time as any platform out there.

          I do not work for 3DCart, I do not receive any affiliate commissions from them and do not have any vested interest in their success. I'm just a guy who has been in this business for 20+ years and have used every shopping cart platform and web hosting platform out there. My bank's site goes down from time from time to time; so does Amazon's; so do many Google properties.

          It sucks, I know, but it is just something you have to deal with. Anything over 99% up-time is considered stellar and 3DCart is well above that mark. That doesn't mean you shouldn't report an outage ASAP to technical support. The sooner you report an outage, the better it is for all of us. Doing it on a forum thread is pretty ridiculous, though, If you can't get through to support, keep on trying. Maybe they are on the phone with many someone else's reporting the same problem. If you're as busy with your website customers as I am, you might be able to identify with that situation. I guarantee you that technical support is going to offer a faster resolution than a forum thread!
