    @GonzaloGil I think were part of the problem came in was lack of communication before starting to charge for bandwidth.

      @Pack Secure I agree, that's totally my fault,i messed up, I'm sorry about that...We had an email planned to the 15-20 merchants affected but it failed to go out. Since it was a surprise to some of you we are offering a refund to anyone that wants more time to think about what plan to go to, but we can't keep the unlimited bandwidth enabled moving forward, so we'll need to know if you want to stay on the old plan with the old plan limits, or move to the new plans.

      The revenue caps of the new plans have been updated on the current pricing page, https://www.3dcart.com/pricing.htm .

        @GonzaloGil No worries, just an observation on my part. I think the new $$$ amount caps is more in line with companies that sell higher ticket items.

              And, they keep turning stuff off in the new plans also......Frustrating..... The following modules couldn't be enabled as they are not compatible with the current plan: Product Q&A

                Chris I see this is an open issue our billing department is looking into. They should be getting back to you via email soon regarding this.
