    How do you change your 'add to cart' button on the product page? I have a different one I want to use.

    Thanks

    You can change your add to cart button by finding this in your listing template:

    <input type="button" onClick="check_and_add(document.add);" name="Add" value="[product_addtocart]" class="btn">

    and then changing it to something like this:

    <a href="#" onClick="check_and_add(document.add);" name="Add" value="[product_addtocart]"><img alt="add this item to your cart" src="assets/images/buttons/yourbutton.gif" border="0" width="yourbuttonwidth" height="yourbuttonheight"></a>

      Thanks very much.

      I see listing_0.html and listing_1.html. Which one do I edit?

        Depends on which one you are using. Check in the admin panel and see what you have your 'Product Page Display Type' set to. I think if it is set to Style 1 then you are using listing_0.html and if you have it set to Style 2 then you are using listing_1.html, etc.

            This worked for me and was very easy! Thank you, I really needed a small victory right now. ;)

              I'm Glad I could help.

              Hang in there. I know that 3DC is way more complex than MC ever was, but I think that the additional effort will pay off tenfold when we finally get our new site up and running.:) There are things that we can do now that would have never been a reality with MC. That is unless we were willing to stick it out until 'Q4 of 2014. :rolleyes:

                I just have a question regarding using the code above: I copied and pasted the code, inserting my own image source, and it worked! Mostly. Now, for some reason, when I click my "add to cart" button in my product listing, nothing happens. It is not adding the item to the cart. Any ideas out there from you seasoned 3Ders?

                  woodsprite,
                  Could you post your code you used to see if someone can find the problem?

                    Hi dynojean: Sorry, I forgot to provide the code. But, in the meantime, Carlin has fixed it for me, so it works now!

                    I would post the corrected code, but for the life of me, I can't see offhand what I had wrong, and what he did to make it work. It's going to take me some time to learn coding well enough to spot the errors. :o

                    However, I am still not understanding what tags I am missing to get my related products to work. I'm going to start a new thread under that heading, in case someone else might be looking for the same information.
