  • Checkout-step4.html editing

    Hello all,

    I want to edit the text and the style at the last page of checkout - the order confirmation page. What I want to edit is:

    <!--START: invoicedata-->
    <tr class="alternative">
    <td class="item" align="left"><b>[checkout4_invoicemessage]</b></td>
    </tr>
    <!--END: invoicedata-->

    I have looked all over the admin panel, but I can't figure out where it's pulling the [checkout4_invoicemessage] data from - anyone know? :confused:

    My guess is it's in SETTINGS>DESIGN>STORE LANGUAGE>CHECKOUT4invoicemessage. Does that work?

      CS, you have save me once again on the wording. However, the "style" that's governing that text is super small, do you know how I could change that?

        Sure, the
        Code:
        <tr class="alternative">
        is what sets the font type size. You can change the "alternative" to "price-info" "data" "item" "checkout-headers" or something else to change the appearance of that text.

          CS, I didn't use "price-info" "data" "item", etc, because I wanted something different than any of those could offer. I just styled the table row and table data specifically with what I wanted. Because of you telling me what was controlling it ("alternative") I was able to figure out the rest. Now it's EXACTLY what I wanted thanks to your help! You rock!
