Menu Headers - In what file are changes made?

I did it before in a 3dcart site, but simply cannot find it now (must be getting rummy from too much screen time...) Where do I go to change the menu header: "Category" to something else?

Let me be more clear: The header for the product menu is "Category." I would like to change that to "Products." I have been unable to find the location to make the change. (Firebug was no help....) Does anyone know? Thanks!
