Onebox Excellent features, perfect up time. The price is right. India support, but they get the job done.

get800today.com - sadly they are sold out all the numbers for now.

It is extremely cheap $2.00 per month and 3 cents per minute (approximately) and you get a whole bunch of free minutes too.

I started with RingCentral almost 2 months ago. I was always told that all of the 800 numbers were all gone but I was given one that was actually 800 (as opposed to 866 or 877). Their online interface is pretty amazing and you have to ability to have up to I believe 999 extensions at no extra charge.

I too use Ring Central which has been 9 month now. At first I took out the package for 1000 minutes but I simply was not getting the calls to warrant paying $49 a month so I now have a 100 minute plan for the $15 which suits me well and even if I did go over the 100 minutes, it is the same rate so I would just pay for those minutes anyway.

I downloaded the softphone to my PC, nice feature to have.

The only problem I've had with the 800 number is evidently someone else who previously had it, they must have some collection agentcies after them and so finally I had to block those numbers so I would not get them.

So yes, Ring Central seems super and so far their customer service seem great!

                      Jimmy,
Stay on the home page don,t click on plans and pricing. In the middle of the home page where it shows plans starting at prices office/mobile/fax/get a 800# click on 800# the start today block. It will ask for you to select a # then on the next page will show the plans starting at the pro with 100 min. for $9.99 (if paid by the year) $14.99 if by the month. That's what we have and pay by the year.

You get a internet fax/voice mail/10 extensions/call screening and more.
Very nice for us. We've never ran over on minutes.
There's a lot of setting but we've set it up that when they call it pops up my the computer with several options and caller ID plus our phones ring(in case we're not at the computer). It says we have a call and do I want it, VM it or screen it. The user hears it ringing at this time.
At 3:30Pm central it goes straight to voice mail till the next morning a 7AM. Sunday is VM all day

I don't know about a link to it, I had called them about it so it is $14.99 a month. The service plan is the Ring Central Professional. So you most likely will need to call them and ask.

Ya I am thing very seriously about going with Ring Central or Grass Hopper. I was wanting to go with get800today.com because of the price, but I guess you get what you pay for as seeing they did not even answer my second email. If they are not answer sales emails kinda worries me about how the support would be. Anyone have any experince with get800today.com support?

Like I said we have the RC pro for $9.99 a mo. when paid by the year. Actually get800 looks like it could cost us more. It' only $2 a mo. but no minutes. and you have to pay extra a mo. for follow me, voice mail, and the screener/attendant that's included (and we use) with RC. That would make the mo. fee $6 with just VM and $8 for all three plus two bucks for 50 min. and has no fax which saves us long distance on our phone. We're home based and have to have VM. I certainly don't want the home phone ringing all hours and the screener let's us know it's a business call to answer as the company.
I like paying $120 once a year and forget about it.
