  • API - updateProductInventory

We are working with the standard API - and we were wanting to develop our application to have "real-time" stock updates since we sell on multiple channels. We have several thousand products, and are not sure if we can submit more than one productId to be updated at once... the API documentation seems to show only a single productId and the way the XML is structured leads me to believe the API can handle only a single product per API call. If this is true, it would take a very long time to do all of our updates, as we do a master sync every night for all of our products.

Does anyone know (confirmed?) that we can update more than one product at a time using the standard API? Thanks!

As far as I know you will not be able to do this with the standard API you will have to request the Advance API through support.

Please post back if you find anything and get it to work, this forum needs as much help as it can get as 3dCart support is limited.

here are a few links I found through google that may help you.
