  • banner issue

    Hi there, i recently redid my banner for my site
    The PlantGuy- Canadian Aquarium Plants

    i'm wanting the banner to cover the whole width of the top. RIght now there a section on the right (with the leaf), that is exposed. If i resize the banner, the theme just adjusts itself proportionally. How can i fix this? cover up the default banner of the theme or get rid of the default banner. i like the rest of the theme so i'd like to keep it...thanks! JOhn

    This should get you started:

    In your frame template, find (near the <body> tag)

    <td style="padding-left:25px;" width="35%" align="center"><!--START: global_header-->

    <td style="padding-left:0px;" width="100%" align="center" valign="top"><!--START: global_header-->

      The easiest way to do this is replace this line in frame.html:

      HTML Code:
      <div style="background: url(assets/templates/v30020/images/top.jpg) repeat-x;height:145px;">
      with

      HTML Code:
      <div style="background: url(assets/images/misc/banner/rsz_1new_banner.png) repeat-x;height:145px;">
      Though it might say [template] instead of v30020.

      Then delete this...which might just be in your global header on the admin if you don't find it in frame.html

      HTML Code:
      <img src="assets/images/misc/banner/rsz_1new_banner.png" alt="The PlantGuy">
