  • Replacing Html Buttons with Graphic

    How do you replace the add to cart html button with a graphic?

    My old Volusion store used graphics, and I would like to do that on my 3dCart Store:

    Volusion:
    Chinese Made Easy for Kids Workbook, Traditional Characters Level 1

    3dCart:
    Chinese Made Easy. Easy Chinese with rhymes, stories and songs

    Thanks!

    This is about as basic as you can get, HTML-wise. Maybe 5 minutes of actual HTML work. I suppose you could hire someone to do it, but by the time you give access to a third party and communicate what you want it to look like etc it is hard to charge anything less than $100. This is a prime example of something that you can do yourself with just a little bit of HTML knowledge.

      Here is the 30 second "free" answer :)

      Code:
      <a href="javascript:{}"  onclick="check_and_add(document.add);" name="Add">
      	<img src="assets/images/IMAGENAME.jpg">
      </a>

          you can also tie it right to the input

          <input type="image" src="path/to/your/image/goes/here.jpg" onclick="check_and_add(document.add);" name="Add" />

              Changing all the buttons is not all the same code. I posted this a while back for most and some have added a few I missed

              P.S. Ours are CSS now so the link doesn't have the old buttons and the check out buttons are for multi page that apparently don't work on the single page check out

                Thanks! I am not surprised, unfortunately, it's not the same code :-)
